    Selling your home can be a very stressful experience. Dawn Richards is an awesome Real Estate Agent. She provided the most positive experience from the listing of our home until the signing of papers at closing. Each step of the process was explained in detail and she insured that we were comfortable with every decision. The listing, staging and photos of our home were all completed in a professional manner. We were pleased with the feedback and advice she provided after each showing and with all offers that were submitted. The Closing Process went smoothly because of her preparation and assistance.     We are retired and we’re looking for a vacation oasis back in Texas. Being retired we couldn’t afford a dream home. Even so, Dawn did an amazing job of negotiating all of the tiny details while working with out-of-state clients and sellers that were asking top price on a property that appeared to have been abandoned for at least several years. Dawn calmly and doggedly pursued the deal and we couldn’t be happier.

    Dawn is fantastic! We needed to find a house quickly while living out of state. She was quick to send us information, open to listening to all our concerns, and full of positivity. During our one and only trip to Boerne she pre-set appointments for existing homes and meetings with builders. She gave us space to talk through things but advice when ask. After we made our pick she handle all the things in Texas for us since we were back up north for a month. You cannot go wrong with Dawn!
