So when I began to search for a realtor to handle the sale of my Smithville property, I wanted someone local who knew the area. I had previously dealt with a realtor who was more interested with talking about himself and not my property. I found Dawn while doing a realtor search. I sent her an email at around 10pm and she responded that evening. I was impressed. We later met and I was sold. She had great ideas about advertising and listing my property. I had my ideas of what I wanted to sell my place and she had hers. We started high and ended where she thought it should sell for, and she was spot on. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. THIS WOMAN IS A HARD WORKER!!! I cannot say enough about on how professional she is and knows the local real estate market. I recommend her highly.
