Davidson Lane is the best real estate agency weve ever worked with. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They have best in class expertise across market knowledge and competitive info, pricing, advertising, and targeting and re-contacting of agents and buyers through their relationships and databases. They also provided complete staging of our house at no cost including photographs and videos. They provide the best service level you will ever find!!

We’ve had numerous realtors in the past, and none have done better then Elaine/Davidson Lane Group. The relationships and contacts were excellent. The staging was a Game changer and I was shocked at how many offers we received within hours. Elaine will do whatever it takes and her expert research for our neighborhood actually got us way above asking price. Use her ASAP!

Elaine rallied around my whole family and went beyond her required scope of work to help us rapidly stage and sell our home. Having bought and sold quite a few homes, it was difficult to believe the high-level of service and care we were receiving. I didn’t know what a “boutique” agency was, but I suppose that she was showing me what it meant.

I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews but my agent (Elaine) has gone above and beyond for my family and me. Last fall I found myself looking for a real estate agent to replace a sub par one that we had been using. My family has moved a lot and we’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years. So far in my experience Elaine is by far the best! In most cases I feel like I can do as much as my agent can. I usually look at houses quite a bit before I’m sure of the one that I want so I usually can comp it out myself based on all the others I’ve looked at. In all my years of buying, this was a breath of fresh air. We viewed several houses together and I can tell you, I have never walked in and had an agent be able to point out upgrades in a house or tell me why a house is better or worse than the last one we looked at, but that is exactly what I got in this situation. She was able to tell me if I should be asking for less based on what they had or if the house was filled with great things that would bring up the value and wow a buyer. She not only helped me get a great price on a beautiful new home, she also helped me out of a situation that my last real estate agent helped me get into. And then she came back again this spring to help me with my county appraisal protest. I don’t know if this is something she normally does or not, but my family has really appreciated her and I would highly recommend her to you!
