Alot of realtors in Austin I tend to walk away from when approached by but people like David have helped me double think those situations and see what type of person they are first. I have never felt pressured or intimated in the least when I speak to him and that has always been a great feature of his. My close friends have never had anything bad to say about him and his name gets brought up often. Hes had a lasting appeal here in Austin that isnt going anywhere soon.
