My husband and I had a fantastic experience buying our first house with David. He’s so knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining each step of the process as well as giving us things to think about while touring different homes. He made everything feel easy and low stress, which was extremely helpful for a couple of newbies to home buying like us! I would highly recommend using David whether buying or selling - we will definitely be working with him again in the future.

David Horton went over and beyond the call of duty to help us find a new home in the Houston, TX, area. We live in another state and to make it easier to decide whether or not we wanted to travel over 600 miles to see the Home in person, he would video and point out potential issues with the home. He handled a minor foundation repair we requested. Followed up on other home inspection issues. Sent us any info on potential homes we requested. David’s personality is friendly and low key, not pushy like some agents I’ve encountered. We’d definitely go back to David and refer our friends.
