    Stress-free!!!! David made it super easy and stress-free to assist us in selling our home. From the very beginning, David answered our questions and was upfront with everything.     This is a different type of review, Iā€™ve seen a lot of great reviews about David and the way he is so knowledgeable and caring about his clients. Him and his team will go above and beyond to make sure both sides get a great deal.However, Iā€™m a student at Texas A&M Corpus, and I had the pleasure to meet David a while back, and let me tell you, he is really KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! He speaks with so much passion about what he does and shares so much insight that it just rubs on you. He mentored me and help me grow exponentially, Iā€™ve seen him and his team work to get everyone the best deal, and have great systems that are proven to work.If I was just random guy that was lucky to meet him and still went above and beyond to help me, I can only imagine how far he goes to help his clients.If there was any doubt on if you should hire him and his team, this should be your sign to go for it!

    We needed to sell our house quickly, and were prepared to sell without any profit if necessary. Searching online, we found the David Garcia Team and were very pleased with the reviews. We were also attracted to his Guaranteed Sellerā€™s Program, which would have been our ace in the hole if needed. After using him and his team, we can confidently say that those reviews were well-earned and all true. David was very patient and helpful, taking plenty of time to make sure we understand every part of the process and had all of the information necessary to make informed decisions. He was knowledgeable, professional, and highly committed to ensuring we would make the best impression when our house first hit the market. He and his photographer took incredible photos and even digitally staged our house ā€“ I donā€™t think it has ever looked that good in years. While he was prepared to enact his Guaranteed Sellerā€™s Program so we would be able to sell the house quickly, he never let us lose hope that we could sell the house with a profit.The same day the house listed, we had multiple showings. Not even 24 hours after listing, we had one offer on the table at our asking price. Within 36 hours, we had at least two more offers above asking price. I believe in the end, we had 4-5 competing offers and were under contract by the third day after listing. David was highly attentive to detail, ensuring we were protected and able to move the sale along quickly. All the while he and his amazing assistant Anna made sure to keep us in the loop about our progress. He even accommodated my busy work schedule on multiple occasions and at one point made himself available at 9:30 pm so we could discuss the closing disclosure. Our sale had closed with funds cleared 38 days after our initial meeting with David, and 34 days after listing. And in the end, not only did we exceed my hopes and actually made a profit, we were able to have the biggest profit on a sale Iā€™ve ever had in my lifetime.
