I recently relocated from San Francisco to Ft. Worth and wanted to find a house that would help me feel settled here. I reached out to the Chicotsky Real Estate Group and right away, David & Michaela listened to what I wanted. More importantly, they listened to what I didnt want. They did their research, we looked at different places and found the perfect house in the area I wanted. They always met me on time, explained the different rules between Texas and California but for me, their knowledge of all the details one must think about when purchasing real estate was key. Having bought and sold a few homes, I know the process can be laborious but this one was just so smooth. It was so smooth that I think Ill do it again sometime in the future and of course, with David & Michaela. I cant recommend them enough.
