David was wonderful to work with. He is kind, patient and hard working. We found our home in a good time frame and David walked us through everything being first time home buyers. When I met David Box as real estate agent when received text message to set up appointment to meet for rental house! He is very charm, smile, very greeting and much more! So we went in rental house, he recommended not to take this place! I agree with him! So I told him what I want for rental place what I am looking for! So he say to me and will update more rental homes and send me forward website.. so I keep looking update the website and went look places to see bad or good locations! So we finally found very nice duplex what I am looking for! I feel so much blessing with David Box as my agent, he has worked with me as through with other agent and landlord till I got approved!
