Before I knew it I was at the closing table with Jamie Buck and we were talking about our weekend plans. My son, Jamie’s new protege in training, called a few hours later to tell me that he was the most proud of me for taking this step for our family. And that he was happy that we were bored on that Friday night and glad that it was Jamie that answered the call. Literally, 30 days earlier. He held our hands step by step. He made us feel as important as his biggest client and was as transparent and kind as his smallest client. There has never been a time where I would send a text and those little bubbles wouldn’t instantly begin to move. He is the only adult I know efficient and responsive enough to have his read receipts on!!! He is honest. He is patient. One time he just held the phone and let me vent. He goes above and beyond and will make sacrifices to make you happy and comfortable. He never made a mistake and if he did… I knew nothing about it. He shielded me and protected me until it was clear and he never rushed me or made me feel incompetent for asking the same questions over and over again. People say buying a house is hard and although I knew the universe was working for me to have this house, I still believe that Jamie Buck came with the agreement. He helped me find the best deal for me… not him… for me and my family. I’ll never have another agent (at least until my son is out of training) Jamie is a true asset to Dave Perry-Miller and to me!! It’s been a full week and I am officially a home owner because of his hard work.

Andy Scott did a fantastic job! My wife, daughter and I moved to Dallas about a year prior to purchasing. Andy was always extremely responsive, helpful and professional. He understood our financial and property expectations and was able to setup customized searches for us on the MLS and get creative with some of our needs. His local knowledge helped us find a home in a great school district with exactly what we wanted quickly. We’re very excited with our new home and recommend him to anyone in the market!
