We were a first time homeowner so was pretty nervous when we came into the market. Glad that we found Dave to start of our journey. Dave I can say for sure has the highest level of patience possible. Dave prepped us well before we even got into the market , he helped us strategize our finance and price point which I think was very important in the current market. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions which Dave used to answer very patiently throughout the process. During our many home visits never we have felt the any time pressure from him , he would always encourage us to ask questions , look into the detail and spent as much time as we need in looking through the houses.Good thing is Dave always kept us on check from over spending he would always caution us in multi offer situation and guide us whether it would make sense to offer on something. Also before putting an offer Dave would thoroughly investigate the property and guide was whether it was even worth putting an offer.Finally the house that we got was because Dave built a quick personal rapport with the sellers agent , though we were not the highest bidder but still we were given chance to renegotiate and thanks to his negotiation skill we are in our first home now.I would highly recommend him , can say for sure he always have your best interest in mind.
