Ive bought both houses Ive owned with Dana Sue. Shes professional but so much fun. Laid back but also all business. She makes sure her client is always taken care of. If theres an obstacle in the way she cant figure out, shell find someone that knows how to get past it. She made us feel comfortable with each experience. And if a house doesnt seem right, she lets you know what she sees that you may have missed. Theres a reason shes been doing this for so many years. Shes just a natural. Shell make you feel like family and youll find yourself texting her just to say hi even after the buying/selling is done. Dana is an amazing realtor and friend! She went above and beyond even sometimes out of her way to do anything possible to get the sale of our house. She is very good at communicating, reaching out to real estate agents after each showing to get the feedback, our listing wasnt easy we live in the middle of no where and some how some way she was able to find a buyer and we closed in less than 3 months! If you want a miracle worker and someone who is a woman of faith and a true hard worker who loves her job and honestly just wants the best for you and youre family shes the one! I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful person to help us through the journey of our house selling process and moving out of state. I would follow Dana to any company shes working at. When we sold our old home and bought a new one eleven years ago, she was JUST who we needed during our long process - it took forever to sell our old home and we had to keep looking for a new home multiple times because we had to do both at the same time - sell & buy. Dana helped us find our new home. She was always sweet, enthusiastic, and super nice. Later, we suggested her to my brother in law when he was house hunting, and she performed the same fantastic job for him. Thank you, Dana!!
