The Dallas Native Team, specifically Mary Beth and Catherine are an amazing team. The white glove service they provided to in getting my house rented was spectacular. From the time we listed it to the time it was rented was 11 days, fantastic. They guided and coached me through the process with care, connected me with resources for repairs, managed the make ready, and diligently with utmost level of respect met with each potential tenant to answer questions. The communications back to me were timely, outlined pros/cons and very detailed. The deep dive they did to find me the right tenant, not just a tenant, was truly next level. Thanks Catherine and Mary Beth, I truly was cared for through the process. Many Blessings to you and your team, just superb service.

They truly went above and beyond, being available and helpful at all hours, and we greatly appreciated their efforts.Catherine worked seamlessly with my colleague Shirlise and the entire Superb Janitorial Cleaning Crew, and I cannot say enough about how positive the attitudes and personalities were throughout the team. If you are looking to buy or sell your home you have come to the right place. MaryBeth, my realtor and Catherine, her assistant walked me through selling my Parents home. As you can imagine it was an emotional time. MaryBeth kept my feet on the ground and literally walked me through the process and explained everything as we took this journey. Catherine had my paperwork and keys to me and answered ALL my questions with a smile I could see even over the phone. Words can not say what a pleasure it was dealing with these AMAZING, intelligent women!

I could go in and on about how awesome MaryBeth was to work with. First she helped us get our first house sold after firing another realtor who was totally inept at helping us sell and find another home.Second she was sooooo awesome in really hearing us and knowing exactly what we were looking for in our second home.She’s honest and upfront and always has your back.Selling and buying can be two of the most stressful experiences a couple goes through. With MaryBeth, she was our needed mediator;) at times and truly was a Godsend to us.

If you are looking for more than a realtor I highly recommend MaryBeth Harrison and Candace Barnes (Dallas Native team). They have become long term friends of my family and have welcomed us into their family over the years. It’s true they have an annual customer appreciation event they have been doing for at least 7 years now. You’re probably thinking why am I discussing friendship in my review, well, who do you trust in a market filled with realtors? Real estate is a cyclical business and so is the occupation for some. These professionals will be around long term to help you buy and sell your home and with any other real estate related needs. They know the Dallas Metro market, hence, Dallas Native. I’ve used their team to buy and sell two primary homes, purchase a rental property, and use their renter agency to help locate/source renters for that investment property, and use their network of trusted partners in insurance and other vendors for improvements, misc. needs. Marybeth is professionally outspoken yet supportive of my needs. One should know what they want but be open enough to listen to the professionals to prevent buyers remorse… after all this is the largest purchase category of your life. I have no words to describe about them. The BEST EXPERIENCE EVER with buying and selling my property. They went above and beyond to prepare my home to sell it. Even though lots of work related to my home was not their responsibility, they helped me when needed with out a question. If I ever buy/sell a home i am going to have them as my agents with out a doubt, because i know they are the BEST.
