He did a wonderful job of balancing two completely different personalities and preferences between me and my husband. Although we asked endless questions, he never hesitated in providing his insights and clearly demonstrated expert understanding of the market. We turned to Chad upon discovering just how over-priced, over-wrought, and overly frustrating – and overly disingenuous many of the homes we saw online once we saw them in person. We had to work within a 15-minute drive of my sons private school, and as such were fettered to an area of Dallas with which we werent very familiar. Chad not only knows this particular area exceptionally well, but was incredibly knowledgeable about the market in general – and commensurately observant on important details we wouldve over-looked, such as the directions of key windows and the effect this would have from a heat/utility perspective, and in one house he saw thee Dart Rail go by near the backyard. Like Sherlock Holmes with the curious incident to the dog in night-time – solving the mystery through what he didnt hear that he should have – he astutely noted that the Rail itself was close, there was no noise. In doing so, he deduced just how solidly-constructed the house was, and that was critical to us; one entire wall of the home was windows, yet everything was so well-constructed that we heard... nothing.I pride myself on being quite observant myself, but Chad repeatedly noticed things I completely missed. Important ones, too.Youd be hard-pressed, I think, to find a realtor who knows this area as well as he does – and one as detail-oriented and knowledgeable as him. We ended up getting the house, and Chads Dart Rail observation assuaged our fears about a modern house with a wall of windows. There was nothing to be heard, and so much about the quality of the homes construction could be extrapolated by this clue.For what its worth, Chad is also very nice, consistently helped us outside of normal work hours, and was expedient with everything; he helped us find the right house and we procured it but two days later.He transformed a process that was incredibly frustrating to one that flowed frictionlessly and quickly. And, again, a pleasure to work with personally, as well.Very, very emphatic recommend.

Chad is terrific to work with. We moved in from out of state and really knew nothing about Dallas or the metroplex overall. He gave us great information through email communications, voice communications and then showed us in person as well. When it got to the true real estate side of things, Chad had a great approach to listening to our wants and needs and then sharing different areas of the area that might fit us. He kept asking questions and listening to our answers to dial in what it was that we were really looking for. In the end, it took us much longer to find a new home (our fault not his!) than any of us had planned but Chad never balked at the time or attention he shared. Chad is wonderful. He has helped find the right property to buy for my needs and walked me through the entire process. He was very hands on - personally representing me at the property with contractors and closing tasks (appraisal, inspection, etc) when most wont do that. He made it so easy for me to handle everything when my schedule was otherwise very hectic. Chad also helped me on a separate rental property get the right tenants and work out all the contract details with them.
