Cynthia was a listing agent on a transaction I was the lender on. Listing agents vary greatly in their professionalism and expertise. Cynthia is a top notch one, she was incredibly helpful when an issue arose and worked tirelessly to help me for a few hours on a report we had to provide to the appraiser. We also won the battle and she was a HUGE part of this! Definitely a good choice if you want your home listed to have an advocate like her on your side!

As a new home buyer, it can be a tall and almost impossible to navigate the ins and outs of acquiring a home. With Cynthia, her professionalism, passion, and genuine care for me (her client) was exactly what I needed to end up with the home I wanted. She was phenomenal, and left no stone unturned. She fought for what I wanted and did not settle for less. I am now in the exact house that I wanted to be in. I have and would recommend Cynthia to anybody interested in pursuing a home.
