Cynthia Batres is the best realtor in the Permian Basin. She meet with us and took detailed notes in order to find us our dream home. She pays attention to your need’s and sources your request. She goes the extra mile, places you with the best team. In our case it was the best loan officer and builders. We planned on being in our home in about a year and she made it happen in 6 months as we built a custom home. She is in constant communication and dedicated to making her clients happy. We would give her a 10 if we could.

Cynthia is an amazing realtor. She is an awesome advocate for her clients. When she noticed our interest rate was higher than she seen she suggested a new funding company who provided a better rate and was also amazing to work with.I promise, you will not be disappointed in choosing Cyntina as your realtor. She was easy to work with and kept the communication flowing. She even communicated with our realtor in Houston to ensure our sell and purchase kept moving along smoothly. I cannot say enough about her skills as a professional realtor.

I found Cynthia through Instagram, and I liked her content, so I decided to give her a try. My first impression was that she is very nice, communicates really well, and gives you and your situation all of her attention. Anytime I had a question or doubts, she was available to discuss. Ive had terrible experiences in the past with different realtors, but Cynthia was nothing like that. I can honestly say I had a great experience with her. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process, and I would gladly use her again when the time comes. If youre looking for a new home, she is amazing to work with, and you cannot do much better as far as realtors go.

Thanks to the powers of social media (Instagram) I was able to find a young enthusiastic, go getter, devoted, passionate, whole hearted real estate agent that one could only dream of. I had no idea how to get in contact with any local realtors besides google where I’d be able to see their work ethic, passion and love for their careers. Luckily with a simple search of “#odessatexasrealtor” I got all that and more! I knew purchasing a home would be hectic especially for a first time homebuyer but with the help of a GREAT real estate agent it was easier than I thought it would be. She is always on top of her game and will go the extra mile for her clients, from answering any questions I had no matter the time of day or day of the week, to “hunting down” the house we saw on the MLS website.
