Manuel and Renee have been fantastic to work with over the past few years. They trust us to take care of getting their new home buyers set up with water, electricity, internet and Home Security when moving in. We are a Utility Concierge service and our help is FREE.Manuel personally takes the time out of his day when a client of his buys a new home and he meets them up at our store in the Killeen Mall. To me....that shows he actually cares about his customers after his job is technically done upon closing. He wants the best for them. That is what Id be looking for in my next Realtor. Thank you sir. When we first started our home purchasing journey, we went through a few Realtors because no one seems to understood what we were looking for! We met Renee and she listened, advised, and respected our ideas on what type of home we were looking to purchase. This is our 2nd home and she closed for us. We appreciate her motivation and dedication throughout the whole process (we were not an easy client to deal with). Renee and her team are absolutely phenomenal. I had Renee as my realtor as a buyer nearly four years ago before she had her own brokerage, and when it came to needing to sell my home, I knew I’d hire her again without a doubt. She knows the market and acts quick to ensure you’re given the best possible outcome. She’s also a broker, and that gives her all-around insight. She’ll be your advocate and keep it real with you. While we may have gotten lucky, my home went under contract very quickly and she made the selling process smooth and relatively painless. I cannot recommend her enough!
