Kris was amazing and I would highly recommend him and CTX Advantage to anyone buying a home in the area. We were not in a big rush to buy and Kris was very patient with us, never pushing us to buy a home or make other decisions on a timeline we werent comfortable with. He was very flexible with showings, and would help with video tours when I was unavailable. As first time homebuyers, he was a huge asset, walking us through every step of the process and pointing out things about homes and neighborhoods that we wouldnt have noticed on our own. His local knowledge is outstanding, and he continues to help with local recommendations on service providers even after we completed our purchase.

We worked with both Ashley and Kris when we purchased a home in Georgetown in 2019. In our first meeting we were impressed with Ashley’s effort to understand exactly what we were looking for. Kris was very helpful in showing us different neighborhoods and amenities in Georgetown, as well as accompanying us on all home tours. He was readily available to set up appointments for us, sometimes on short notice. We appreciated his honest assessment of advantages and disadvantages of each property and we never felt rushed or pressured. Ashley’s expertise in the real estate market was evident when we were ready to make an offer on a home. He gave us sound advice and was always prompt and professional in responding to any of our requests for information. Ashley and Kris were a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kris and Ashley are incredible at what they do, and its hard to imagine being in better hands through the home buying process. We predominantly worked with Kris through our most recent home purchase, but Kris has been a trusted resource to us for the past several years. Before buying our first home in Texas, Kris helped us find a realtor to both buy and sell our then-house out of state. Kris referred us to great realtors and spent a considerable amount of time interviewing them each individually to make sure they’d meet our needs. Throughout the process, he was always willing to hop on the phone and answer any questions we had and review any paperwork/documentation we were asked to sign, even though he gained nothing from it at the time. Fast forward to our most recent purchase, Kris was incredibly attentive throughout the process and constantly went to bat for us to make sure we were getting the best deal and the best home for our needs. Ultimately our decision came down to two homes, and Kris recommended the house that he thought was the best fit for us despite the fact that it carried a meaningfully lower commission for him. Kris and Ashley both are incredibly knowledgeable, are great advocates for their clients, and are even better people. We highly recommend them and will only use them in the future anytime we look to buy or sell.

When it comes to Real Estate, Ashley Brinkoeter from CTX Advantage Group is simply the best. Not only was he pivotal in getting us a rare lot in a very highly cherished location to build on in Georgetown, Texas, but his skills and knowledge in the industry helped us sell our current home in Pflugerville in a very slow market with high interest rates. We were able to sell it for a much higher price than we thought we can get out of it. He and his team put together a well-outlined plan to get our home to a sell-ready state prior to putting it on the market. He additionally provided us with very affordable resources to help with needed home repairs that had to happen. We listened and followed every advice that Ashley and his team gave us, and as a result, received multiple bids on our home, with the first one within 24 hours of putting it on the market. Ashleys excellent negotiation skills helped us get terms that were very beneficial for us. His experience helped us navigate through the entire process and made it very painless. A friend and colleague recommended this group to me, and after working with Kris Haney, I have to say I am very thankful for that recommendation. Kris was responsive, attentive, and understanding. Having a non-traditional work schedule, I was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating Kris was to scheduling tours, making calls, etc. Up front, he really listened to my wants/needs and knew just what questions to ask to clarify my priorities (both for him and me). He had no trouble working with the timeline, even though it went through the holidays. Kris always found several reasonable contenders to show and even too showed homes that helped me realize what I wanted/didn’t want. Kris’s honesty really came through and was very appreciated with his recommendations for offer amounts. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart, a true fiduciary. His numbers too were obviously researched and supported by data (comps, etc). My interactions with Kris didn’t stop at closing either, he checks in and always has a good referral for home-owning needs (contractor, exterminator, etc). If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and somehow simultaneously laidback and hardworking, Kris is your guy. I was completely satisfied with Kris’s work and will recommend him for buying and selling in the central Texas market.

Kris and Ashley represented us as our buyers agents in 2019 and they were amazing. Kris gave so much of his time to finding houses that would suit our needs and walking us through them. He really got to know our tastes and our needs. Once, we had a maybe house on the list - Kris opened the door, took one step inside, immediately backed out and said nope. It turned out that the house was yellowed and smelly with cigarette smoke and the photos didnt do justice to how rundown it was.When we found the house we wanted, Ashley really went to bat for us in negotiations. The entire second storys flooring needed to be replaced, the siding was rotting in places, there were dead outlets, and Ashley found a way to negotiate all of that away. Ultimately we paid I think $15k under the asking price with Ashleys help.When we eventually sell this house in the future well for sure be giving Kris and Ashley a call because we know that they will do all they can to get us the best deal possible.
