Crystal and her team are the magic sauce! My husband and I needed to put our house on the market pretty quick for relocating purposes and Crystal was at our house to tour and give us advice the day after reaching out. She gave explicit instructions for photography, Carmen from her team was on top of the paperwork and precise on what she needed from our end, and as a dynamic duo they got our house listed in under 2 weeks time. They were communicative at all hours needed and answered every question we had plus handled all communication with agents and buyers in the process and brought us in when it was appropriate to not waste our time. We will be looking to work with Crystal and Carmen in the future no question! Great team!

Amazing realtor! She made sure I got the highest offer, then backed it up with an appraisal package to make sure it went through. I had a signed contract in under 5 days on the market after finishing renovations. I have owned and sold 6 houses, this is the first realtor I did not have to make correct paperwork. She knows what she is doing and truly does what is best for each client. They do large volume but it was very personalized to my needs. She is truly a great realtor. The reduced commision was great, but the best part was knowing she had my best interest in mind and she fought to get everything right and done quickly.
