And its sad to say, but not many are as knowledgeable, fair, professional, and prompt as Crystal was in this transaction.People read reviews to get a feel for the agent they may use. Of course, youll have to wonder how many of those reviews are just friends or family giving a glowing recommendation. This is not one of them.I gain nothing by going out of my way to tell you that Crystal was a boss. And youd be lucky to have her list or help you find a home.

In 2009 I was looking for my first home and was pretty overwhelmed with the process. I knew I wanted a nice home but had no idea of how to go about it. Add the fact that the housing market collapsed the year earlier to stir up anxiety as well. I was introduced to Crystal by a mutual friend to help me with everything. Not only was Crystal extremely knowledgeable, personable, and hard working, she always quickly responded to all my questions, but she was extremely efficient. We closed on my first home very shortly after meeting.In 2012, my wife and i decided to move to another city for work. Crystal and her team was there to help me with the purchase of my next home and helped me become a real estate investor by renting out the first house.In 2018 when I decided to start a real estate company Crystal was there with her contacts to help me get started and has since helped with the purchase and sale of multiple units.Over 10 years of excellent service, respect, integrity, and collaboration. Crystal has done an unsurpassed job in relocating my home from Oklahoma while my husband was in a hospital. She researched all available properties for the areas I wanted with my needs while I was in Tulsa. I was able to view them in one day and was able to make an offer on the same day. She helped me to negotiate price and took control over numerous details for the contracts, an inspection, and closing. My friends were amazed at how quickly I was able to buy a house. In addition, she helped me in finding an agent to sell my existing home. So I tell them, If you want move to Dallas, I have an agent for you. They say, Is she that good? and I say She is that good. When I decided When I decided to relocate with my family from the New York City area to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I knew that I needed a real estate agent who was an expert in the Dallas-Fort Wortharea and had experience with out-of-state relocations. A good friend who had relocated from NYC a few years ago recommended Crystal. Im glad he did.Crystal spent a lot of time on the phone with me to get an understanding of what my family was looking for in our new home. As important s finding a nice house was, equally important was the area - schools, community, quality of life, affordability, etc. When my family and I arrived in Dallas, Crystal met with us multiple times, and she found us exactly what we were looking for. But, that was not the end.Crystal coordinated with my real estate agent and attorney in New York to line up closing dates and work through the process. Real estate transactions in Texas are very different than in New York. Crystal walked me through the process and was always available to answer the tons of questions I had.Being out of state made working though issues like the inspection and related items stressful, but Crystal took care of everything.I highly recommend Crystal as an agent - from a local more or for a move from out of state, Crystal is the agent you need.
