Crystal exceeded me and my husband’s expectations throughout our selling process. We were in a multi offer situation and she carefully chose the buyers that had the offer to meet all of our needs. Our home was off the market with in 48 ours, we received over asking price, and we were able to capture a 6 month lease back. The lease back was key for us seeing as our new home build was not going to be ready by closing day. She perfectly priced our home and our sale was executed and closed on in 30 days.
