I had an amazing experience with Creekview Realty. I was a little hesitant going with a less traditional approach to selling a home, however Ive only been impressed with one full commission agent Ive ever worked with so I decided to give them a try.Creekview was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and responsive. I couldnt have asked for better service. In fact they provided better assistance than other full commission agents Ive worked with in Houston.I would 100% do business with them again. -

Creekview was awesome to work with. We sold our house with them, and they were with us every step of the way: especially when we had a particularly difficult situation and were dealing with (in my opinion) a pretty stressful transaction! They went above and beyond to be available before, during, and after our entire selling process. They were quick to respond to calls and emails, were knowledgeable and professional, and guided us through the entire process. I have been recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for a better way to buy or sell a house. We saved thousands by using them instead of a traditional realtor, and well definitely be using them in the future for any real estate transactions. -

Creekview Realty were awesome from start to finish. They sent me a professional sign, a supra and placed our home on all MLS sites. When it came to the sale, the other agent had no idea that I was selling my own home, up until the point of the offer. I can not praise their professionalism and advice more. In all we saved well over 22k on the home. What a fantastic experience! -

Sold our house for OVER asking price in a week and they negotiated a way better offer than we could have on our own! Definitely worth the extra fee to have them handle the contract negotiation! Annie and Tyler especially rock in their very timely responses to every question or request we had! You are throwing away money if you do not use CreekviewRealty to sell your house. We saved thousands and would use them again! -

I wish every state had a fixed fee MLS listing option like Creekview Realty (and buying option too). $1,000 for what is really a full-service listing agent! We had a great experience with Creekview. We just bought a new home in our new location and the seller wrote off 3%, which was a LOT of money, to their listing agent, and 3% to our agent (we negotiated to get a 1.5% rebate from our buyers agent, so at least we saved some money). Their listing agent is a weekend occasional realtor who just made 1/3 of a normal persons annual salary for what was a few days maximum of work. Its so sad that homeowners lose out so much in this process.I know a full-service realtor would go on and on about how 1 sale is the result of numerous listings and buyers and lost sales, and many hours of hard work marketing a home, and running buyers around for days and days, often not getting a sale, and on and on. But for those of us who only use realtor services when we actually buy or sell a home rapidly, knowing what we want ahead of time, and being able to manage the process fairly well ourselves, and not wasting agents time, we really need an option like this everywhere. Once a home is listed with an agent, that agent has a monopoly on that home and 6% is out the door. No other options are available at that point (except to buy a different home). This is the true secret of real estate associations - monopolize the market by locking houses in up front to a contract, collude and fix prices at 3%, avoid for sale by owner and shun realtors who discount their services. I know that sounds strong and would make many enemies of close friends who are realtors, and I have nothing against realtors who take advantage of this to make a living, and work hard, but there should be options for those of us who want more efficient options, who respect a realtors time, and still have access to the same homes at a lower commission price. In the end I actually preferred the way Creekview did it over a regular listing agent. We were more in control. We knew what was going on. We got to meet the buyer in person when they came back to view inspection repairs (one time). The only thing that was uncomfortable and made it difficult was the buyers own agent, who refused to let us contact the buyer directly! I cant imagine what benefit comes to the buyer and seller in not meeting or taking with each other directly, except benefiting the agents who can thereby control the information and process. Creekview had no problem with us talking with whomever we wanted. They encouraged it! Transparency is always a good thing and the other agents we worked with appeared to want to obfuscate the process from us.There were a few hiccups at Creekview due to different people handling the process at different times over the phone and email. A missed email here and missed communication there. But Creekview corrected it quickly in each instance, professionally, with a direct apology and a great experience overall. In the end the buyers agent on the other side made far more mistakes and dropped the ball more than Creekview did. We had a similar experience buying a new home in a new state - the other listing agent made more mistakes than Creekview did selling our home. Far higher fees and lower service for a full-service agent. Ill take Creekview any day! -

We just sold our second house using Creekview Realtys flat fee MLS service, and couldnt be happier. Both transactions were extremely easy, and we saved thousands of dollars on realtor commissions. The Creekview Realty process is easy to follow and the staff is extremely responsive and very helpful. We will continue to use Creekview Realty for any future real estate transactions. -

Creekview Realty is amazing! Dont be turned off by using a discount broker. These guys are more responsive and offer better service than any real estate service Ive ever used. Not only is their service excellent, they saved me almost $7,000 on commissions. -

Thanks for helping us sell our home so quickly. Everyone was very responsive and helped us along the way. We sold our home above list and had multiple offers in less than a week. Ive never been a big fan of the fixed 6% cost to sell a house and it is great to have another alternative. -

The team did a great job. Very clear on what we needed to do. Gave us the tools to make a decision on price range and we sold at asking. Found a buyer in 2 weeks and negotiations went smoothly. The team kept us informed, and was always available to answer questions. Savings were tremendous! Thank you folks for being ahead of the rest. Comparably we have sold and bought real estate in the past and this way of doing it is superb! -

Although I am a past RE agent, I did use For Sale by Owner to sell my house. The best thing about it was that they can put it on the local MLS where all realtors can see the house. It also goes on a lot of other real estate sites, but it ended up being a local realtor that finally found my buyer. I paid the local realtor his 3%, but that also means I saved 3% less my fees to For Sale. They were always very helpful, although I did not require much help from them. I am going to sell another house very soon and will probably use them again. If you want to save some bucks, this is a good way to do it. I think anyone can use this method, so dont be afraid. They also sent me a nice sign kit for the operation. I am a happy camper!!! -

These folks are fantastic! They helped me every step of the way. If I had a question, regardless of the time of the day, they would always respond immediately. Every time I would call everyone in their office was eager to help so I never had to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back. Also no one can beat their flat rate price. Ill never pay full 6% again when you have a company like this one. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone thats looking to buy or sell their home. Good job guys! -

Creekviews service was great. In a sellers market, sellers should not have to pay high fees. Thanks Creekview! -
