Craig helped my sister and I sell our ranch recently. I could not have been more happy with the work Craig did for us. Right out of the gate he made a big impression on us. He was able to give us a presentation that went over everything we needed to know and expect. My wife even said If you want your ranch sold, that man is going to do it after our meeting.During the process, even though the market had slowed down, we received regular updates and recommendations. We also got recommendations on things we could do to the property to make it more appealing. It took about 7 months or so but we ended up with three great offers in a two week period. We chose the offer that would thought would work best for us and it was better than I imagined it could have been when we started this process.Even though the closing process was long and grueling (not from anything Craig did), Craig worked very hard to make sure it happened, we knew what to expect and that we were protected. Again, we ended up with a deal better than what I thought we ultimately end up with.All in all, I could not have been happier with the work Craig did for us and I would wholeheartedly recommend him if youre buying or selling land or real estate.

Our family wanted a gathering place at the coast. It had to have a beach front view , easy access to beach, great pool, and in a small condo community. Craig took his time helping us find the perfect one! He guided us in every aspect of the way, and was great in answering ,in detail ,my many questions. He made the process fun and exciting.
