There are many reason why we recommend Jennifer and her team. One reason is that they are very knowledgable about helping you be competitive in this tough market. Its very hard to get a house right now, but they are good at making your offer stand out. Another reason is that they will work so hard to take care of you. They will walk you through everything before, during, and after the buying process, and they will continue to follow up to help you with many tasks youll need to do as you settle into your new home. Jennifer and Kip have driven all over town multiple times to help us with a variety of issues, even after we bought the house. They wont just drop you, but will continue to be a vital resource to rely on. They also know all kinds of great professionals who can help maintain your home at competitive prices. Our agent, Jennifer Flanders, and the whole team were super helpful and knowledgeable. We got very frustrated in the middle of the house searching because of this crazy market, but Jennifer kept encouraging us with kind words, Bible Verses, and prayers.
