Best Agent Ever - Life Changer. Courtney made a really challenging experience so much more manageable. I was continuously impressed with how diligent, committed, communicative, persistent, and knowledgeable she was throughout the entire process of selling my home. I felt like I was given the VIP experience as she walked me through every step and made sure everyone was on the same page. It did not take her long to get my home sold, which I was incredibly grateful for as I had already wasted months with another agent. I wished I had signed up with Courtney sooner. Words do not do justice for her professionalism and ability to manage real estate transactions.

When the lender, the title agent and even the inspector confirms that your real estate agent is THE CREAM OF THE CROP, you know its not just you thinking that Courtney is one in a million. If youve worked with Courtney, you too know. Ill never work with any other agent in TX. Once you have the best you cant mess with the rest. Courtney first reached out over a year ago to help me with my new home search. I decided to go the new build route and she guided me through the whole process.She was there every step of the way, from signing the Letter of Intent to making selections at the design studio to eventually Closing earlier this month. She was always available to talk when I needed advice and was able to offer insight from a realtor’s POV. She also had great contacts for Home Inspectors and Mortgage Brokers.I highly recommend Courtney to all prospective buyers and will be working with her for all of my future real estate deals.

Courtney Lester helped me with the sell and purchase of my homes. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable of the market.Interest rates had just increased and she knew just where to price my home where it wouldnt sit on the market for an extended period of time. We had an offer that we excepted in seven days.When it came time to close on the home I was purchasing Courtney fought to make sure all items were taken care of before closing. Even after the closing she followed up with me to confirm that everything was fixed and I was satisfied with my purchase.I understand what it means when people say hire an experience real estate agent. Courtney went above and beyond for me. I honestly dont think my home would have sold as quickly and closing on my new purchase wouldnt have been as smooth as it was.
