It has been an absolute please to work with Cait from Cottage and Key Realty. She went above and beyond our expectations and I am not sure we would have been able to get a house without her help. From the very start of working with her she was extremely kind, patient, willing to see houses whenever we needed to (and we saw a lot of houses and lots that required quite a bit of driving!), and she really understood exactly what we were looking for. She brings a very different element to the table that not a lot of other realtors have being a designer as well as a realtor, and this was a huge benefit to us and I believe would be to anyone she works with. She’s able to offer advice on what a house could look like and really is able to visualize the potential in every home. She also came up with some financial strategies to really helped us with our offer in this extremely competitive and crazy market, and helped us beat out multiple other offers (and this was competing against cash offers as well). Even after we closed, she’s still in contact with us, has provided us with recommendations of who we can call to help us with certain home improvement projects, and I feel like she’s more of a friend at this point instead of just our realtor. We cannot say enough good things about her and we will definitely be working with her again in the future when the need arises. Thank you Cait!!!!!!!!
