Cortney was extremely helpful in a variety of ways in the process of selling my mom’s home from out of state. She communicated very effectively and managed a few unavoidable bumps during the process efficiently and with a minimum of drama. She went above and beyond my expectation of her role in helping deal with getting the house ready to get to closing. I would certainly use her again and very much enjoyed interacting with her over the course the sale.

Cortney was great. She listened to our needs and our wish list when helping us find our new home. Cortney knows the market and found the perfect home for us. When we had questions or needed her to be at the home for inspections or walk throughs, she didn’t hesitate. Cortney really took care of us through the whole process and made something that is usually stressful, a great experience.
