I was renting from a private owner who shortly after decided to have Core manage the property. Matthew was understanding of my situation and worked with me on the remainder of my lease. He was good with communication and responding promptly. I prefer renting privately because they can usually be a little more flexible than an agency but over all I had a good experience and would rent from them again
