I can highly recommend Melody Hernandez with CORE Coastal Realty as an excellent full-service realtor. She helped us find our dream home and did an excellent job of explaining all the considerations for owning a home in South Texas, like foundation inspections, windstorm insurance, and impact vs. regular windows. She went above and beyond in giving advice and suggestions for professionals to handle remodeling and repair, and even more than a year after the purchase, I know I can still text her for advice if I need to find a professional to address a home issue. We love our beautiful house, thanks to Melody!

She was the most responsive realtor we have ever dealt with. Let me just say my husband and I closed on our home April the 14th 2022. Our realtor, Joanne Zamora... Is the one who made this possible. She took every step of every process with us. She laughed and cried and celebrated with us more as a friend than a realtor. She broke everything down and let us know what to expect with every aspect of this process. She went out of her way to make sure it happened. She stayed on top of things that she foreseen for us, before we even knew what happened it was handled. Buying a home can be extremely stressful as we have learned. However with Joanne in your corner you cant go wrong. She knows her line of business, and she knows how to bring you through it with ease and Grace. We bought in corpus Christi out of Dallas was a few hours late being able to make the appointment for closing. Joanne again work her magic got us a later appointment, and we closed that day. But wow waiting on the mortgage company out of state to do their part our moving truck was sitting here ready to unload ,Joanne once again worked her magic and got us the keys to the house. So Im telling you if you are in the market to buy home trust no one but Joanne Zamora . She will come through on every curve every time they dont come no better. And it sure does help that she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable like I said your best friend not your realtor. We are going on two weeks of being in our home and she is still checking in to see if we need anything you wont find another one like her ,stop no feather go with Joanne Zamor, for all your home buying needs.

We called her about houses we wanted to view but were not satisfied once inside the home. She contacted us about a house that dropped their price and set she knew it was what we were wanting.
