Katie is always cheerful, always available and does more due diligence than you would even think possible. She always fights for you even if it doesn’t directly benefit her, like it was her own house she was purchasing. I had an amazing experience and will only ever be recommending her.

Katie was an amazing realtor to work with! We had a unique situation in that we had to very quickly sell our home in League City, and move out of state. We contacted her about a week before Thanksgiving and she was able to come out to look at our house the same day. She gave us a few pointers and had our house on the market 3 days later. Our home was under contract for well over asking in less than a week. Katie always looked out for our best interests, and gave us her honest opinion. We could not possibly have had an easier and more enjoyable experience with a realtor! We HIGHLY recommend using Katie for any of your real estate needs. We have already recommended her to all of our friends who are still in the area.

If you want a slick talking realtor who tells you whatever you want to hear and relies on obnoxious behavior to win for their clients - Katie Conrad is NOT for you. But, if you want to work with a reputable realtor who relies on experience, hard work, and inherent integrity - DO HIRE Katie! Dont get me wrong, Katies not afraid of confrontation and Ive seen her go toe-to-toe when necessary, but she conducts herself in a civil, professional manner with the ultimate goal of completing a drama-free transaction in which both parties walk away feeling respected and satisfied. In todays climate of ugliness and bad behavior, it was refreshing to be represented by a realtor we were proud to have our names associated with. In addition to being someone you would actually want to hang out with, Katie showed up on time, on point, and always prepared. We truly could not have asked for a more effective and professional realtor or smoother transaction. Hire Katie Conrad and you will not be disappointed!

Katie was suggested by a close friend when I decided to sell my condo.Upon viewing my home (which was a disaster since i was packing and tossing things) she was very professional and never made me feel embarrassed.She was very knowledgeable in every question and concern I had... and I had a lot! This was my first time selling a home and I really didnt have the slightest idea on the process. She also worked around my schedule as much as she could since I was working nights.I went into this just needing a realtor and came out with a friend. 10/10 Id do it again.
