    Donathan Chang is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the Escrow company for closing. He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! He checked every single step with his team (best inspector, insurance agency, etc), so we could find the fire damage history(huge insurance claim) in the first accepted house and successfully terminated without any penalty. Finally, we got the perfect home in the competitive Austin market. Donathan was more than helpful in finding us a single home in Austin and Cedar Park. Whenever I found a home but was not able to visit in person, he was there already and prepared a Video call for me. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fits right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Highly recommend him.

    I moved from west coast to TX in 2016 to start my new job. Mr. Chang greatly helped me and my family move and settle down in a new house smoothly. Without his support, I wouldve found this BIG move quite difficult and challenging. He definitely brings both friendliness and professionally. He always works for his customers with perfect courtesy and knows very well about the area. Mr. Chang will definitely lead you to find your dream home in this thriving town in Austin. Really, the biggest joy that I derive from my working with him is knowing that he communicated very well and quickly responded to my questions with RIGHT information that I was seeking.     Don helped me buy my first property. My biggest reason for working with Don was that English isnt my first language, and often I run into people who treat my business with condescending attitude.     Donathan is a perfect realtor! He is knowledgeable, super nice, polite, and always reachable! He is always prepared to answer any question from us! Actually, the house that we wanted to buy changed the price right before the contract. He immediately negotiated with the house selling company. So, we got the house with a good price! I really appreciate that he started to talk with them and negotiated the price proactively before we asked. He participated in all of the steps such as walk-through and found some insufficient parts that we couldn’t notice. I felt like he was really caring for us with his whole heart. In addition, he has taken care of our house management for a while like tax and inspection. Whenever we have questions about the house, we contact him first even now.I highly recommend Donathan Chang for your realtor and you wouldn’t regret!-Especially if you are Korean, be sure to go see the house with Donathan Chang! They are really friendly and respond quickly by phone or text. Above all, since this was our first home, we really didnt know anything about real estate, but they even took us through a walk-through and took care of everything, such as any missing parts in the finish or things we needed to talk to the builder about. Above all, the price of the house changed right before the contract was signed, and the sales company had already been contacted before I even spoke. They did a great job negotiating, so we bought the house at a really good price. Even after buying the house, he recommended an inspector and consistently took care of things I needed to pay attention to, such as taxes. You wont regret it! Even in Korea, I have never seen a real estate agent who works so hard!
