I had the best experience working w/ Colleen and Todd during the process of selling my home. My partner used Colleen and Todd to sell her home a few years back so I already knew they would be my choice when the time came to sell mine. The entire process seemed seamless and easy. They kept me informed on everything that I needed to do and always kept me updated every step of the way. My home was in Celina, TX and I was actually in Colorado for the vast majority of the time my home was on the market and even during closing. They coordinated a notary to come to me to my home in Colorado to sign all of the paperwork on the day before closing and I was funded the very next day, on closing day. Like I said, seamless and easy. I cant say enough positive things about Colleen, Todd, and their team. All great people and I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone when looking to buy or sell. After having a bad experience selling a previous home, we did a ton of research and watching the market closely before we chose Colleen and her team to list our home. It was by far the best decision! Colleen and her entire team have the art of selling a home down to a science and made it so easy for us. We had a full-price offer in 8 days! They were quick to answer any questions and even when we encountered a last minute issue with our buyers, Colleen and her team stayed on top of it to make sure we closed. We moved out-of-state and I wish I could have them find us a new home here, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone in the DFW area to buy and/or sell their home!

My wife and I have personally used Colleen Frost Realtors TWICE! Great experiences both times! We also refer them as one of our top three recommended realtors to our law firm’s clients. Our most recent client to work with CFR got his house sold in ONE DAY ABOVE ASKING PRICE! He’s not the only client we can say that about with CFR. I have other clients who didn’t take that advice who take months and months and months and drop price time after time and have all kinds of problems. I’ve seen clients and friends use other agents that we didn’t recommend and get not as good results on average than the ones who have used CFR. There seems to always be some issue that often Colleen Frost herself has to step in and solve herself or one of her senior team members. Buying and selling residential real estate is NOT an easy thing and NOT a fast thing and when a problem arises then you know why. But Colleen Frost has built an amazing company with people who can get things done and if you have a problem, Colleen Frost will make sure it’s fixed! Highest recommendation! I recommend CFR without a doubt!
