    Highly recommend Coleman Realty. Our journey started with a video call with Jason, he took the time to get to know us and perfectly matched us with team member Matthew Butter. We were moving from Florida and Matthew kept in touch, listening to what we wanted. It worked. Once we arrived in Texas, we found the right house in one week and closed three weeks later.

    Jason has helped us through 3 houses in the Horseshoe Bay area over the last 12 years. We love his process, attention to detail and his work ethic. There are rules and details that apply to the docks, construction, fences, yards, etc…that are different when you’re buying a home on the water and we have relied in Jason’s extensive knowledge of the differences that apply to a waterfront home versus a home on a normal lot.     Jason and his team were extremely instrumental in helping us prep, price and subsequently close a sale very quickly.This was a slightly unorthodox process as we were dealing with a lakefront estate property and all of the family lived out of town.Jason was very helpful making recommendations on repairs to be made, and when and when not to do them, recommending contractors in the area, and marketing the property.We had two offers and closed in less than two months.I dont see how it could have gone any better!Highly recommend the Coleman Team!

    Jason Coleman was simply the best there is and made our first time home buying experience a great one. I feel I can enjoy my new home, because of Jasons thoroughness and hard work.
