UPDATE: (6/25/2021) When my husband and I were suddenly relocated for a job out of state, we knew exactly who to call to sell our house. As usual, Chase and his team went above and beyond to help us sell our house quickly! The customer service and genuine care they show for clients is unbeatable. Despite being in an overwhelming market while moving to a different state, Chase made the process simple and helped us get in touch with an amazing agent in our new location. From the moment we contacted him, we knew our home was in great hands. We cannot say enough good things about Chase and the entire team at Tribe!(October 2019) Chase and the entire team at Tribe Realty are absolute professionals! We spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect home and they were with us all the way. Chase and Stephanie kept us completely updated throughout the entire process. We entered a multiple offer situation and Chase totally nailed the deal. They helped navigate us through appraisal difficulties, survey delays, and contract changes and we still closed ON TIME! Just wanted to give a shout out to Chase Burris at Tribe Realty Austin. Chase was the agent that helped us find our new house. He asked all the right questions and is very intuitive. He showed us a nice range of houses and figured out that wed be happier with a new house rather than an existing house on the market. He was right!Working with builders (especially when the contract is favoring the builders) has its challenges. Theres been times where I seriously considered pulling out and losing my big deposit but Chase talked me off the ledge. Hes excellent at communication between both the seller and the buyer. In the end, he smoothed things out for us. We relied quite a bit on his assistance as liaison.Overall, I believe Chase was the key to having a good buying experience. The housing market is crazy and its nice to work with an agent who understands our needs and our budget. He needs to have his own HGTV show!Chase was out of the country during our signing so Lauren Amidon filled in. Lauren was warm, friendly and professional. She went out of her way to help. Our bed was getting delivered hours earlier than scheduled and it was happening during the signing! Lauren rushed over to our soon-to-be new house to meet the deliverers. Unfortunately, since we werent technically owners during the signing, we couldnt slip the bed into the garage. Regardless, we really appreciated her efforts. Chase helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We didnt know what to expect and had a lot of uncertainty when we began working with Chase. He clearly explained what the process would consist of and kept us updated throughout. Chase took the time to understand what we were looking for in our home and showed us homes that fit many of our requirements. Chase also offered suggestions that were outside our parameters but never pressured us to pursue them. Once we found the house we wanted Chase did advising us how to decide on the price and conditions of our offer. Chase did a great job negotiating on our behalf and the end result was buying our very first home! If there were more than 5 stars, Laura Janszen would get them all! She was very diligent in finding a family to rent our property. She even ‘interviewed’ the tenants dog to make sure she was a good fit. Laura took care of all the showings, background and income verification, all the things that needed to be done before signing the lease. Excellent tenants and we have Laura to thank! She is a jewel.

Laura Janszen is the BEST Realtor I have ever worked with. She helped us from the beginning of the process to sell my mothers house, all the way to the closing. Living 200 miles away in the DFW area her help was indespensible - with anyone else it would have been much more difficult. She was our eyes and ears for everything related to the house during the process. Lauras communication with us was excellent.Laura had a contract 4 days after the listing hit MLS and the closing was the smoother than any I have ever experienced before. My sister and I worked closely with Laura Janszen and she was nothing BUT AMAZING! She had quick responses to all of our questions and kept us updated on new houses that went on the market, to rent. The only time we could look at houses was after 5 PM during the week and that was never an issue for Laura. She was happy to drive with us from Manor to Pflugerville to show us houses. Once we picked a house we liked, Laura made sure the process for applying was easy. Laura has continued to show us love by stopping by and giving us gifts! She truly treats her clients like family. Let me start by saying, we had a really great experience with Chase! We were referred to Chase by close friends of ours. He was punctual, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable of the market. His experience as an agent definitely stood out.This was quite helpful for us being first time home buyers! He made us comfortable asking any questions. He was so patient and didnt rush or push us at all. We came in with some pretty far out expectations... ( he actually heard us out) . When I think back, I bet he was laughing on the inside. We really didnt have a clue as to what we really wanted or needed. Chase helped us find the home that we actually needed and that would be perfect for us. We fell in love ...at least I did! My husband finally came on board lol.Today, we are all moved in and we absolutely love our new home!
