If I could give a million stars I promise I would!! My husband and I just closed on our home today and our agent Kanetha could not have been more passionate, helpful, caring, and understanding!! I would ABSOLUTELY work with her again!! We are new first time homebuyers and we were scared and filled with a lot of doubt but she reassured us everything would work out just fine and that it did!!! If you want to work with a realtor who will put your best interest first, fight for you, and hold your hand through an already difficult process please get Kanetha on your team like RIGHT NOW!! Ms.Roxanne Stanford,Is a gem!! I first meet Roxanne at the Argyle Texas Post Office. I could tell if I ever wanted to Rent or Buy a home this Lady would be who I would reach out too. I then a year later was ready to sale my house on wheels 🛞 for a house 🏡 on concrete. Some more much needed room I’m a woman of course Lol!! Ms. Roxanne had given me a card so I reach out to her. She help me find my new home and my daughter her home. If your looking to buy sale or rent this Sweet Lady will be there with you from start to finish. Coldwell Banker you definitely hired an gem. Chandi so nice. Referred us to a property in Weatherford. Inside of doublewide stinks so bad with cat urine. Couldnt pay me to live there.
