I heard about my agent, Letti Celeste Salazar, from coworkers shes helped get in homes. (The Letti Celeste Team wont let their clients waste money & always shoots for the best deal possible as a result.) Their expertise & aggressively written offer got us into our home after beating 17 other offers!!! We cried we were so happy. It seems Letti never sleeps lol bc she answered every call/question immediately on my schedule (Im night shift).Letti was INVESTED w us, handled & explained EVERYTHING & saved us thousands. (Lori Clark & Dave Neira are on that team & all truly work NONSTOP so this Team is probably the most ferocious around lol!) She went over & above what a basic agent does- I know bc we used a diff one years back who made that deal a mess. Lettis determined & protects her clients. You can absolutely trust her. (*Shes got access to programs & listings that havent even hit the market yet, too.*)BEST REALTOR. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Cant say enough great things about her, forever grateful. I was very impressed by not surprised to know the Letti Celeste Team is in the top 12% of agents globally. That says it all.
