My Fiancé and I have been working with Rosemary Spaete at Coldwell Banker Apex for the last several months on purchasing our first home. We closed today and Rosemary has been truly a delight throughout the entire process. She has helped us gain invaluable insight and was consistently following up with who she needed to in order to make sure it was a smooth process. From beginning to end, Rosemary was so incredibly helpful. We will definitely be using her as our real estate agent on every house we buy or sell in the future!

I dont know much about the company itself but I have to say my experience was very good with Josh Kesterson. We sold our house with him and bought a new house with him. As far as paper work he was very thorough and looked out for us. I would recommend him to anyone.
