As a first-time buyer, we came in this very unprepared and had a hard time at first to understand the whole process of buying a house. Jessica Fabela did a fantastic job at not only walk us through the process but also gave us great advice to get the best out of this. Jessica Fabela has been an amazing realtor! This was my first time buying a home and she REALLY set the example for what a realtor should be. She wasn’t too pushy like I expected a realtor to be, instead she was very informative and offered great houses that fit our wants and needs that were on the market. She was always prepared with a plethora of information at each house we visited. She was incredibly responsive as well. Because of my work schedule, I sometimes had to call her late at night or early in the morning, she would always answer my call, or at least get back to be in a very reasonable time frame. We hit a few speed bumps with my Loan officers but Jessica helped keep them in line and would quickly give them any information needed right away! She found us the perfect home at a reasonable price and was right there with us every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Jessica to anyone buying or selling real estate.

Jessica Zambrano-Fabela goes above and beyond. I read reviews of local realtors to the Texas area I was looking at, since I was coming from Wisconsin. Jessica sounded like the fit, so I called her to setup and view many properties on this trip. Our 1st phone conversation was over an hour long and I felt like Id known her forever. I needed someone honest and forward about the value and safety of the areas I would be looking at. Jessica did just what I asked of her. She said, if I dont think its an area I would have my family, then you dont want that either. Together we viewed over 20 properties that weekend. Jessica is very experienced, honest, informative, thorough, and not pushy. Even after the deal is done, she will call/text just to check up on you. You will not be disappointed choosing Jessica! After hiring 2 realtors in the prior 18 months who couldnt bring in a single legitimate offer, I hired Carole from Colwell Banker Pacesetter. This was a challenge because it was an estate property with no one living there and the closest heir being a 45 minute drive away. Carole also didnt even live in the same town, but she was highly available and made trips out to the property (ranch in rural community) anytime we needed her help. She helped us get the property in the right shape to sell, gave clear and honest advice and was a pleasure to work with. Once listed, we had a first offer within 4 weeks. That one didnt work out but Carole hustled and had several others interested, even during the holiday season. It took a bit more time to find the right buyer, but we accepted a good offer within a few months. Closing also took a few months due to lender issues and some things that had to be addressed with the property, but Carole kept things moving forward even pushing the buyers realtor many times to get things done. Overall, Carole proved to be a high octane realtor with the right knowledge, experience and drive to see this through.

My daughter and I had to sell my mothers home in Corpus Christi, Tx. She has Alzheimers disease, and we are her court appointed guardians and conservators in New Mexico. She lives in a memory care facility here. We had to become her G/C in Texas as well to be able to sell her home in Corpus Christi. We started applying back in 2019 and took almost two and a half years to get it through the courts in Texas. Primarily due to the Covid pandemic. The actual hearing took all of ten minutes. Anyway Pat Falk, our realtor, stood by us all the way. We had actually talked to her back in the summer of 2018. She contacted us as needed and was very supportive. My daughter and I feel blessed to have been able to work with her. She is very professional yet has a genuine caring personality.

I cant say enough great things about Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel real estate agent, Terrance Franklin. My wife and I were desperate. When I transferred to Florida, we put our house on the market with a different company. After eight months of no luck, we gave up, and signed on with Mr. Franklin. After just ONE MONTH, Mr. Franklin had a buyer for our home. And that was AFTER the busy summer selling season. We were hemorrhaging at the rate of about $2000 a month. What kills me is, that money is gone forever. Well NEVER get it back, because we had to sell our home at the same price we purchased it. We cant even claim our losses with those Nazis at the IRS. But Mr. Franklin stopped the bleeding, and saved us from financial ruin. Mr. Franklin did an outstanding job for us, in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. He went out of his way to connect us with contractors who got our house in shape for the final sale. Mr. Franklin was ALWAYS available, day or night.
