After looked up, see flyers go and physically see many houses (more than 100) finally choose a nice 4 bedroom house for rent, and since 2007, Coldwell Banker help me out to rent a house in a beautiful neighborhood through all these time (almost 17 years as a tenant) we are more grateful with them and the owners of course, than disagrees with the company, therefore I want to especially recognize a person who for many years has given me support and help with repairs, payments and much more. She is: Manira Salinas, a great woman who always calls me, sends me emails, always in contact to find out if the contractors contacted me or if the repair was made. We asked Trudy Scott to list our home. After doing an initial walkthrough, Trudy told us about how Coldwell Banker Realty could list our house as a luxury home. She showed us examples of brochures, photos, and videos. All were extremely professional. We agreed to list our home with Trudy as our agent. The house had a contract within 3 weeks. We were so impressed with Trudys experience and success that we also purchased another home with her as our agent. Hello, I just wanted to give a shout out to the most awsome realitor in San Antonio, Arielle Padilla! Arielle made the home buying experience, enjoyable and her professional support and guidance was crucial for the entire process. I feel like I made a new lifelong friend that genuinely cares about people and takes her clients needs to heart. We crushed a huge goal of mine to get a new home with an enclosed yard space for my family, doggies, and I. My girl was pregnant 8 months at the time of closing. Everything worked out perfectly in a timely manner and I definitely recommend her for any future buying endeavors! -

We had the pleasure of working with Lorrie Ziegler and Joed Tague! Lorrie helped us find the perfect rental home when we moved from DFW to San Antonio 2 years ago. We had 4 large dogs and she worked hard finding places that would accept all of them.2 years later, we got the chance to buy our perfect rental home! Lorrie was always very helpful and always there when we needed her! It happened that the landlords decided to sell when Lorrie was on a much deserved vacation, but no worries, she sent Joed to fill in! Joed stepped in and made the process seamless. We gave them our offer and it was accepted. Joed was great throughout the entire process from offer to closing. We appreciate all of the work that Lorrie and Joed did. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a home or even a rental! -
