I just finished using Patricia to purchase my new home. Patricia is the most professional realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and this is not my first buying/selling experience. My trust in her grew so fast that I actually had her making my offer on my home sight unseen well over asking price. She knew the market and all the surrounding areas. At every turn she had the knowledge and expertise to make sure the contracts protected me and that I understood the process. Recently closed on our new home after working with Patricia for over 6 months. She was absolutely amazing with her professionalism and her market knowledge.We initially contacted her about 6 months prior to moving out of our apartment and she went through exactly what to expect and what the process would be like when we started seriously looking for a home. After that we had regular contact and when it came time to house hunt, she was right there with us.When we chose our future home she was there for the walkthrough, the inspections, the second inspections, and the signing of the papers on closing day.
