Our experience working with Deanna was exceptional!My husband and I met her out of good luck when we wanted to see a home that caught our eye close to home, and she was available nearby. That was the first house we saw, and it ended up not being a good fit, but we instantly knew we could not lose contact with Deanna. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful as my husband and I decided if we were even ready to purchase a home.Along the way, my husband and I considered different home options; get into a fixer-upper, build on a plot of land, buy a used home, or buy a new one. We also looked into different communities around The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Conroe as we did our drive-bys and considered potential life changes.Deanna was always flexible to hear our thoughts and provide quick new options when we shifted gears. She would guide us without pressuring us, and while sharing her input, she always encouraged our route. We always knew we could trust her advice to come from goodwill.Once we chose our home, Deanna continued checking in on the progress of our new build and held our hands through the finish line.
