My husband and I made a decision to buy a home and Stephanie was recommended by a friend I follow on Facebook. I’m so glad She did! Stephanie was God sent to our family. We had an emotional experience I’d say the most stressful situation we’ve ever been in. Stephanie goes above and beyond and really teaches you through the process making sure you fully understand what you’re getting yourself into! If you’re looking for a HOME, I promise, Stephanie will make it happen. She’s our miracle worker.

I have nothing but praise, and gratitude for the opportunity to work with Stephanie through this home purchase experience. With this highly competitive market Stephanie and her team were tenaciously attentive and willing to view as many houses and offers as needed until finding the right one. What could have been long a tedious experience turned into a very engaging and fun adventure scouting houses with Stephanie. All thanks to her friendly uplifting personality, all while she identified potential issues and throughly explained and guided us what to look out for, from cracks in the house, to information about the neighborhoods and the communities around the properties.It was bittersweet closing on a house knowing we wouldnt be touring more houses with Stephanie, but are extremely happy for the journey to find a new place to call home.

Stephanie is the best realtor my husband and I could have ever asked for! Being first time home buyers we had so many questions and Stephanie was very patient and kind throughout the whole process walking us through every step. As a first-time home buyer, the thought of jumping into the whole process seemed absolutely terrifying, but Stephanie made everything manageable and never ever let me forget that I have a voice and that I have to be comfortable in every step I take. She really fought hard to make that a reality for me and I appreciate her so much, not just for helping me find my first home but for being kind, educating me through the process, and advocating for me every step of the way.She is brilliant, honest, and well-connected -- truly a powerhouse of knowledge. Stephanie and her team are absolute God sends. When we originally reached out to Stephanie, we were looking for a rental home because we did not believe we would be in the position anytime soon to buy a home. Do to personal reasons, we were on a tight schedule. We started talking to Stephanie in March and had to be out of where we were living by November at the absolute latest. She heard our concerns and took down what we wanted in a home to rent. She let us know that she wanted to get us in contact with a lender just to see where we stood. We put our faith in her and said okay we would hear a lender out. Well by July, we were closing on our very first home!!! :) Stephanie was constantly available throughout the entire process and had an open line of communication. If i ever had any questions, whether it was at 8am, 10 pm, or the weekend, Stephanie always made herself available to my husband and myself. She made it to where we got everything we wanted in a home plus extra! Without Stephanie and her team, my family would still be in a very bad situation that was extremely stressful. Thank you Stephanie! From the bottom of my heart and my families, we are beyond grateful!!
