When my wife and I were looking for a new home, the housing market was very tough with a shortage of single family homes. We looked at pre-owned homes but every house we liked had dozens of offers already, and all the builders had 1-2 year long waiting lists for new build homes. After about 9 months of looking, we terminated our initial buyer’s agent and hired Brent to get a fresh start. Brent worked his magic and was able to get us under contract with a builder on a new construction home within a couple weeks. He even got us cash back at closing. Overall we had a great experience, and Brent is an excellent agent/broker and a highly skilled negotiator.
