Micah Woodward is one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with (which is saying something, because I have been blessed to work with multiple excellent real estate agents over the years). In this instance, I had a narrow window of time in which to house-hunt, and thanks to working with Micah, finding a house took even less time and effort than I had anticipated, and we closed with plenty of time to get things set up for the move. When I arrived in town, she had already lined up an efficient itinerary of houses that would meet my needs in the price range that I could afford, and we were able to view them quickly. As a side note, her prior experience as a property manager serves her well when evaluating homes for prospective purchasers.Micah’s communication by text and phone was excellent throughout the process, both leading up to the viewings, and the purchase process. She always got documents to me for signature in a timely manner. She also advocated for myself and my family in the back-and-forth leading up to final closing, and I’m not exaggerating when I estimate that her input saved us at least $7,000-$10,000 (probably more). She will be the first agent I call to coordinate with if/when I and my family move again. 10/10, Five Stars, and A+.

We really enjoyed working with Virginia and Cloud Real Estate. She was very knowledgeable about the Fort Hood area and our home was under contract within 2.5 weeks of listing it. Virginia and her team answered all our emails, calls, and questions in a very timely manner, handled the transfer of the home from our rental tenants to the new home buyers, coordinated all inspections and cleaning and repairs, all while we were out of state at our new duty station. At the very beginning of us working together, she said Let us be your boots on the ground here and she really meant it. My husband and I are so grateful we found Karen with Cloud Real Estate! We are first time homebuyers and she helped us every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions we had- even the questions I asked that I thought were too silly to even bother asking, she welcomed! We weren’t looking for a starter home, but our forever home and she helped us sift through all the available properties and kept us hopeful even when we thought we weren’t going to find what we wanted. We indeed found exactly what we wanted and I don’t think we would have if it wasn’t for all of Karen’s help, hard work, and expertise! She made the home buying process so much less stressful! She’s not pushy, she let us take the lead in our search and when we wanted to take a break from looking because we weren’t having much luck, she completely understood and would check in on us every few weeks and never made us feel pressured to move forward on things when we weren’t sure or weren’t ready- which is something we’ve encountered before with someone else at a different company and that almost turned us off to buying a home all together, but luckily we found Karen and she turned it around for us and made the process not only bearable, but enjoyable! Karen was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us in our home search; she was absolutely delightful to work with; and again, we are so glad we found her and we’re grateful that she helped us find our dream home! The only downside now that we have our home, is that we don’t get to work with her anymore- but luckily, I have family that will be moving to the area soon and we will definitely be working with Karen again when that time comes! Had a home that was rented since 2015 with Molly Repasch and she took exceptional care of the property. Selected great tenants, tenant turn around was very quick, repairs done quickly, tax documents available far ahead of the legal deadline, great communication, and an all around pleasure to work with.When I decided to sell in 2022, I worked with Karen Young and again a great experience. Karen helped facilitate repairs on the home to prepare for the sale (which many agents dont do), listed and got us several offers at our aggressive listing price. I have been with Cloud Real Estate for over 3yrs. Virginia Cloud was my agent on the purchase of our home and was absolutely amazing. Her attention to all of our needs was by far the best, she was always available to us for any questions we might of had, worked closely with the bank to make sure all of our documents where correct. I mean she was on vacation overseas and still checking on us, our entire experience was flawless. I will never use another agent.With that being said we where then in need of a management team for our old home. Angie Perez at the Cloud Management Team in Cove the office has now managed our home for 2yrs., she is amazing, her professionalism is above and beyond, not only does she pay attention to our needs as the owners but also the needs of the renter by staying on top of all maintenance issues. She continually goes above and beyond. She works late night and early morning constantly making sure everyone is taken care off. I rented this place a couple of years ago while on Active Duty Orders. I had no real issues until after i moved out. This company does inspections after you have moved out and turned off all utilities. Which is fine unless you are military and you are moving out of the area. The inspector tried to take the initial deposit and a few extra dollars from me and claimed they lost the paperwork from when I first moved in to report the damages. (Which is their job) But after talking to Cloud Real Estate I was able to get that fixed and I even recieved a check with some of my deposit. Decent place just make sure you keep your paperwork and pics upon move in and move out

I rented from Cloud for around 10-11 years. They were always very quick & responsive to maintenance requests, respectful of privacy, polite, helpful & friendly. Most importantly they were honest, very fair & reasonable with move-outs & returning deposits. They also did not raise the rent or gouge me with every lease renewal.I definitely recommend Cloud Real Estate!!Im stuck with another rental company now because the property was sold a few years ago through another realtor.They do everything pretty much the opposite of how Cloud did and can be very frustrating!! They barely respond to maintenance requests, pretty important issues too, such as termites eating one of exterior door frames as well as some drywall, shingles blowing off the roof (lots of them), the barely-large-enough concrete pad for the exterior HVAC unit was tilting very badly because the pvc drain tube was placed right next to the unit in the grass. It had eroded the soil under it so badly that the unit itself was not level AT ALL.

Cloud real estate has managed our rental property for the last two years. In that time we have not dealt with any issues, they always keep us informed, they answer any question right away, and best of all the keep the property rented. We are currently stationed overseas and we are so grateful that our rental is something we dont need to worry about.We also went through cloud when we bought our house. They knew everything about buying a home using the va loan, they recommend a good mortgage broker that got us a good apr and the realiter was honest. Our house was move in ready and we have had no major issues these last five years, despite our house being 20 years old and under $70K.Here is my 2019 UPDATE ****Still outstanding! We had ZERO issues renting using Cloud as our property managers for 4 years, despite being stationed in Germany. This year, we decided to sell. Cloud (Nelson and Virginia) was there for us for everything! Did exactly what we asked plus offered candid feedback. When we needed to complete maintenance in order to comply with commissions during the sale I simply added money to the cloud portal and they did the rest! The price was right and the work passed inspection. Also, we sold the house remotely! I am just so impressed with the quality of work cloud offered. They are such a blessing. We shared a great partnership and both of us earned an honest share. Outstanding, I recommend to everyone!

Slow communication but a true and honest company. They wont disapoint you. We have done business with cloud on two different occasions as renters. First house didnt go so well but it wasnt thier fault. The property was left with some belongings and huge piles of leaves by the house owner. I had called and was told they would send someone. No one came and was told it was because of the weather the first few weeks. Few months later we were told just mow over the leaves. Ok not a big deal. 6 months in we get a call the owner wants their house back at the end of the one year but if we can leave sooner that would work better :( We were charged for a tear on the floor. Its neither here nor there with that. They also dont do unsupervised home inspections like Lonestar which is a thumbs up in my book. They were fair and honest so we stuck with them. The second house we found a pretty property threw them but privately managed. We just finished clearing the second house that was managed by Mr. Swartz but inspected by cloud. Having Mr. Swartz as our main landlord was a dream. Were sad we got orders to move to another state. The whole house was remodeled and everything was new. Someone is going to rent that gem of a house. We were told we left that property looking amazing after cloud inspector came. We got her the last time we moved out also. Shes awsome. My honest review of this company is good. Everyone is VERY professional. The only drawback Id say is anytime you want to speak to the property manager Molly she is almost always out and rarely get a call back. It seems she would benefit getting an assistant or perhaps a second property manager to get back to customers sooner. I hate slow communication when a situation arises. Just seems like she is over swamped with work and not doing it on purpose she is very helpful and sweet I love dealing with Molly (when I can catch her lol). I sell furniture so I speak with alot of people and always recommend new soildiers looking for a new rental company to stop in check out thier rentals. Slow communication but a honest company we are sad to leave this company and hope we have the same luck in New York. So rare to find an honest company these days.

They gave us a list of step by step things to do to help moving in be easier with the post office, electric companies, and the trash/water department. Keep in mind everyone, is not the companies fault ! Real estate companies are paid directly by the owners to manage their properties for them! The real estate companies are just doing their jobs because that is what they get paid to do just like you and I on our job! Cloud Real Estate are just doing their job. . So dont take it personal against your real estate company because they dont know you personally and they are just doing their job! So be careful when you guys put bad reviews on these websites because everybody can read them, then later people start to think bad about a company that they dont even know just because of the negative comments you put on the website to make the real estate companies look bad but actually the things that happened to you are your own fault! Be mindful how you may try to damage someones reputation because that is a very serious situation , most of the negative comments are ridiculously insane.Personally, Cloud Real Estate has been very good and very understanding Taurus me and my family are the several years that weve least our property under their supervision for the owner. Everyone in the office is very nice, very soft-spoken, very kind with great demeanors that demonstrates their professionalism everyday and with a smile on each of their faces. Its not one person that goes through that office that will see you sitting out in the lobby needing help that will refuse to help or look over you sitting there. Anytime I need it maintenance support, the next day or within the next 3 to 4 days there was someone out to my house to fix my repairs. Anytime I had a situation I need to talk to them about, I always got a response the same day. Every time they told me someone was going to call me back , someone always called back. I read some of these reviews come some unkind people and must I say it is ridiculous to blame your problems on someone else. Cloud Real Estate is a family-owned business and trust me friends out there, you feel the love the moment you walk in the front office the way it was if it was your own family. Cloud Real Estate of Killeen TX have cares about all their tenants not just a few. . If you have a major disfunction after hours youll get a call back right away. My water heater was burning up. Literally melting and making the house toxic from the melting Styrofoam in the water heater. Ms. Kelly called me back and said a plumber was going to to contact me. (this is Saturday after 7pm). An hour later I am a about to call her and she texts me let me know if they have called you. Let her know Ive have to contact. She says Im going going to call an another company. She texted back a few mins later there are going to call. I texted back they already called and are on the way. Awesome service from Kelly at Cloud realty.Fast forward a few years with them. Thier owners needed the house back. I was told with time with multiple options. I was okay with that. It could happen to me. I found a private owner lease threw them that was an angel by the name of Mr. Swartz. That house was a GEM. So it was weird I was with cloud but not. My LL handled everything but also some threw Cloud. I miss that house so much if we dont absolutely have to move due to the army. Move out, we never had an issue but a pleasure. We always left the house in the same shape or better.

I was loading aluminum cans into my truck from my garage. I left my lift gate up while I pulled out slowly, but snagged the wiper on the lip of the garage Door! OUCH! It didnt do any serious damage. I mean if you consider the tracks being warped, so that the wheels in the tracks would no longer remain in the tracks. The door wouldnt shut straight without leaving a gap at the bottom. I felt it was much worse than it, apprantly was! Long story short: I called maintenance and they sent out A1 Overhead Doors. I thought under prepared, but had the door repaired before I finished watching my show. I recommend A1 Overhead Doors.
