Jake did an amazing job! He met with us over a video call and introduced us to him and the company he represented. He was thorough and made sure he understood our wants and needs. He seemed genuinely compassionate about our family and our big move. We gave Jake a challenge he met and exceeded. We are transplants from California. We had to do most of the process 1800 Miles away, with a short trip to find our house in the middle (during the first snowstorm last Jan.) He was professional, on time, quick to respond, and made sure every detail was completed and checked off. He is one of the most optimistic people I have met. He gave me a different perspective on houses/finances/land options. He was on top of things! We closed in the said amount of time he stated. The whole process was surprisingly easy. We were able to sign our docs In California. He is forever our realtor.

Jake went above and beyond, when it came to helping us find a home. We were moving from out of state at the time, and he made the transition seemless and easy….. Even to go as far as meeting us on a Saturday afternoon when we finally arrived in Austin to hand deliver our keys!!! I will definitely be a customer again, if I need to relocate or sale my home!!!
