Guidance by Neil Clement, Team Leader at Clem Group at Keller Williams Realty in Ellis County, helped me reduce my 2019 Ellis County Tax Appraisal Valuation by over $20,000. Beforehand, the protest process looked daunting since I was unfamiliar with how to navigate it, but Neil’s encouragement and direction gave me the confidence and tools to protest and come out a winner! It really was not that hard to do. He has won my business as a realtor! If he puts half this much concern into helping families buy and sell homes he will be the right realtor for you, too! Neil did not even charge me a dime! By the way, the staff at the Central Appraisal District were polite and easy to work with since Neil showed me how to package and present my case. Oh, by the way, I did it all online and did not even have to go to the Appraisal Office.
