    We met Diana Perez with ClearView Realty at an open house and her friendly, knowledgeable and helpful nature prompted us to meet with her to discuss becoming our realtor. She worked with our schedule for showings and was patient as we moved ahead with an agreement to build. When that didn’t go well after many months, she helped us find lots in our preferred areas and eventually helped us find an existing home that met our numerous requirements. She was available and responsive to texts late evenings and weekends answering all of our questions along the way.     If you are wondering whether to work with Minerva Figueroa (Miny) the answer is a resounding YES! and you had not to look further. We lost both our parents within a month of each other, and we had to sell their home. We would get very emotional, and Teresa was very compassionate, understanding and very patient with us.     Marsie was Great! It did take a bit to find a home, but once we did I never had to worry about anything because she was on top of everything. She made sure that I understood everything throughout the entire process. For me it was the little things she did that made everything so smooth such as how she had a compiled list of trusted fair priced -home inspectors and she even got the seller of our home to throw in a warranty for the home!     Rocky McGuire at Clearview Realty knocked it out of the park! The ball is still flying!!! Rocky assisted my brother and I with the sale of my mom’s house. His compassion and empathy for us during this difficulty time wasn’t unnoticed. He just asked one favor from us and that was to trust his process . We put all our faith in his hands and not only did the home sell in 1 WEEK it sold for so much more than we anticipated. Keep in mind we live in Austin and couldn’t be present during this process .     Ricardo Ballesteros has be so amazing to work with. He told us on day one that he’d ensure our best interest and will be committed to ensure we find a home that we love. He has done that and so much more! He’s gone above and beyond, showed us several houses from different builders (both resale and new builds), and provided his experience with the different builders from his previous clients and was very knowledgeable when it came to how the builders vary between what they offer (everything from their floor plans to amenities to their incentives!). He was very patient with us, never rushed our decision, and would probably show us 1,000 more houses if we asked him to.     We were assigned to Jacalyn Perez and her assistant Pam, and I cannot say enough good things about them! My husband is in the military and we knew being 20 hours away from El Paso, we werent going to get to see any homes in person. Jacalyn took great care of us and always had our needs in mind! We got great videos of houses that contained any and every tiny bit of info about the house! She would even describe the smell of each room, the feel of the carpet, and the area outside the home.     I reached out to Mr. Johnny Rodriguez for guidance regarding my home and rental properties in El Paso, Texas. After speaking with Mr. Rodriguez, I received information on the options I had and also provided me with a market analysis of my home. Staff at EPCAD complimented on the market analysis as very well done. Long story short both my Home and rental values were brought down to a reasonable median evaluation. Not only did Mr. Rodriguez saved me money on taxable value but gave me peace of mind I can reach out again if need be for this or any other home realty questions I may have.

    Cant recommend Diana Perez enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. She sold our home in no time 12 years ago when we left the country. 12 years later, we decided to buy a home in EP while still living abroad. To say that Diana provided good service is an understatement. She made herself available to us at any time, despite the time zone difference; she was quick to inquire on any home we found interesting online, and she even went and videotaped properties that we wanted to view. Once we decided on a home, she once again took the initiative to take care of everything, including the walk through and taking care of getting things ready for utilities to be transferred. I dont think we would have felt comfortable buying a home sight unseen and being so far away, but we had every confidence in Diana and are so glad she was working for us. We are now EP homeowners again, and we couldnt have done it without her!

HONESTY! Such a breath of fresh air! AH-MAZING!!!!Isela is a consummate communicator and professional with a great sense of humor.     Our house had been on the market for way too long and the agent we had at the time put no effort into trying to sell it. Russell contacted me and laid out a plan to sell the house. I cannot speak real estate at all but Russell made it easy for me to understand every step that was taken. He took extra steps to ensure that our house was sellable and as soon as those steps were complete we started getting hits right away.
