Terrance made our lives easier from start to finish. What made our decision to work with him and Clear Rock Realty was the fact that from the very get go he was fast in responding and giving us options in homes we were interested in. I just wanted to say how much I was dreading looking for a house and dealing with all the hoops . Justin’s made everything very easy and was an awesome person to work with . I was very bad about not getting stuff signed or turned in but they were all very patient with my work schedule. The would give me friendly reminders and did not at all feel pushy or bothersome. I appreciate the due diligence and hanging in there to get exactly what I wanted. Justin’s may seem like too good of a guy to be true but he is who he presents himself to be honest and genuine . I 100% felt that he was actively listening and hearing what I wanted and was not at all pushing an agenda just to make a sale . Justin was always willing to work with whatever I gave him and is definitely invited to the BBQ Cook out . I would definitely hire Justin along with Clear Rock Realty if I ever move or buy another property these guys are all Awesome!

As a first time home buyer I did not know what to do or where to start. he was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking for . He Gave us more choices and areas similar and what we want and compare them. Tanner was extremely helpful in finding us a perfect home for our family. Even after the closing he was still there to recommend us a few things that we wanted to change in the house. We couldn’t be happier with his honesty and made the process stress free.
