I have used Brenda on 3 transactions and she has always been super helpful and is an excellent negotiator. I cant recommend her enough, shell go above and beyond for all her clients! She got us into both of our houses during a very competitive market in 2017 and 2021! She also was able to sell our 1st house for well over asking! -

Brenda helped my husband, sister, and I find a rent house that was comfortable in our price range and what we were looking for needs wise. She is 100% professional and knows her stuff. She came prepared with research about the area and guided us through the process of dealing with renting a house. We will 100% choose to work with her again when we are ready to move on and purchase a home of our own. -
