I accidently found Alex last year when we were selling our home in Seabrook and we needed to buy a new home. I contacted Alex one evening at 10:00 pm I didnt expect him to return my call until the next morning but heard right back from him that evening. I was very unhappy with the realtor we had and felt like we were being taken advantage of. Alex not only answered all my questions, he listened and truly cared about my husband and I. He would drop everything and drive across town to show us any house we wanted. He helped us find a lender that worked with us. Its a year later and I want to sell our house and move again. We put our house on the market at 35000 more than we bought it last year and have a contract on it 3 days later for the price we asked. Alex isnt just our realtor he is our friend. He is truly an amazing man. He knows the market and will get you the best price possible for your home and then negotiate the best deal possible when you are ready to buy your home. We are blessed to have him in our life and call him our friend.

Alex was fast, very precise, and honest. While other listing agents wanted to lowball the listing price to get a sale. Alex and I worked to confirm it was a sellers market and then list it on the high end of the market. Then helped me close the sale through a complicated contract because the buyer was using a VA loan. I have no idea how Alex can manage text, email & phone to communicate with agents, myself, and others in such a hectic market but he does it without a flaw. If you are buying or selling a home - call Alex first, you can bet I will be calling him again.
