Circa Real Estate, and especially Realtor Lisa Yambra, helped land me in my first home a few years ago. Lisa took incredible care of me, as I was a fairly nervous homebuyer; she walked me through all the steps, helped me locate an incredible lender, and then, when my dad died 3 days after my closing, made sure that my movers were scheduled, that a quirk in my flood insurance quote was fixed (saving me $2500), and everything else I needed. Highly recommend Circa (and ask for Lisa!). -

I usually don’t do reviews but exceptional people and services needs to be recognized. I bought my first home about 12 years ago with Mary & Mark and it was nothing short of an incredible experience. I had to highly recommended them to my family and friends who have had the same experience.Fast forward to when I had to leave for a short time assignment in another state, I knew who I wanted to entrust my home with in helping rent it out (because I am not ready to let it go. I still love it after all this years). I called and with no hesitation she went to work. As a first time landlord, I didn’t know what to do. But I really didn’t have to do anything because she took care of everything. The team got me all the people/services I needed before renting out my house and during the rental period. Even after the first rental was over, she was with me with that process, walked me through how to deal with the situations that came from that. I didn’t get a management company to mange my property, but Mary did not hesitate to stand in for me when the need arose. I did not have to fly back to take care of handling the process to turning the house around to get it ready for a new tenant. She did not have to do this because she is not a management company, she is a Broker but she did. That’s the testament of who she is. She goes above and beyond with a smile that warms your heart.I recently put the house for rent and my house was on the market for less than 10days. Again with me doing absolutely nothing but Mary again taking care of everything.If you are not using this agency as your go to, you are missing out on a great experience -
